this morning, i saw a pic of that blond olsen twin (can't tell who's who)...it ruined my day! i totally hate the olsen twins! i don't care if they're called mary-kate and ashley now...i am sick of their semi-puckered, fully-distorted smiles. fugly, fugly, fugly! and the same goes to that girl called yuko ogura. i think there is something seriously twisted with that girl though her oyaji fans might disagree with me completely. fugly!!

multi-tasking

trying to finish a report requested by a client, listening to robbie, reading amazing race threads on the fort (yay for people who are sick of models!!!*)...i'm a busy girl today! just like any other day, what else is new? i am probably the busiest newbie in the office (but technically, i am not a newbie anymore). why can't i have one client-free, carla-free week?! why can't my workload be like reg's? right now, she's reading some showbiz news, talking to friends on the phone, browsing the net for new shoes and listening to the corrs. i'm so jealous. (btw, the corrs aren't as good as they were before...IMHO. it's like getting tired of glay because you hear the same voice everytime. also, since only one of them writes the majority of the songs, the melodies tend to sound alike. not good.)

*taken from the fort: (someone's post about kris and jon) they are like the perfect Americans who don't bitch about other country's culture like Kendra...as Kris put it: She can't tolerate ugly Americans like Kendra...some stuck up spoilt model who has IMo cannot even make
it in the modelling industry....

the office is a little busier this week (until the end of next week) because people from other country offices are in town, which means the washrooms are more crowded than usual. most of them are surprised (pleasantly surprised, i hope) at how the washrooms are always full of people brushing their teeth after lunch. one singaporean lady saw us in the washroom earlier and said something like "the clean, clean people". obviously, they don't brush as often.

2nd day of german

the guy sitting next to me in class wasn't such a bad sort, after all. but the guy sitting next to him is!! and so are quite a number of people in class. they have this annoying tendency of shouting out the answers even when the questions aren't directed at them. the teacher has a
purpose in having each one of us answer in turn, you know! you see, he wants to know what you know so he can teach you what you don't, duh. everyone's trying to be a teacher's pet this early in the course. unfortunately, annoying classmates don't have an "off" or "mute" button attached to them so beh. well, i've been studying japanese long enough to know that these kinds of people don't usually last until the end. see you there! (not)
