arrogant call center manager
there's this girl who's getting on my nerves lately. she's the call center manager in schatz's company. i'm not going to mention the company name. at least, not for now. maybe later, when schatz is out of there.
anyway, this girl (let's just call her 'banana yoshimoto'), she likes to debate with schatz. feeling matalino ang lola. as if papatulan. well, there were probably many instances before, when schatz was new to the company. but i think all started when she insisted that "the philippine telecommunications industry is regulated". duh. check your economics facts, lady. we do have the philippine telecom deregulation act of 1993. kaya nga po merong smart, globe, digitel, bayantel, at kung ano-ano pang 'tel' dahil sa act na yan. magaling, pinagpilitan pa rin. context lang yata ang gusto. and this is for their company's call center proposal too! proposal to japanese clients. wow. i know how the japanese are; the mere sight of the word 'regulated' will send them packing.
then today, they debated about 'celebrant' and 'celebrator' and practically told schatz that he is arrogant. engot, sino kaya? pero buti naman may natutunan sya sa dati nyang employer kahit grammar lang. but obviously, she still needs to learn manners. long way to go, baby. banana's so narrow-minded that i doubt that she'll go very far.

augh. bakit banana yoshimoto? i dont she deserves the name if she's as horrible as you say~
sorry herb! you're right; she doesn't deserve the name but i needed a 'fruit name' with a surname so it won't look too obvious. anyway, i doubt many pinoys know who yoshimoto is.
